REBATES

When you choose to make renovations that make your home more energy efficient, two great things could happen: You decrease the amount of your monthly bills, and you could receive money in the form of rebates to help cover the cost of your energy upgrades.

 

To be eligible for APS energy efficiency rebates the following steps are required:

  • Be a current APS customer

  • Work with APS participating contractor like us CozyHome 

  • Sign Up for a Home Energy Checkup

APS
REBATES:

  • Duct repair and sealing:
    up to $250 per duct system

  • Attic insulation:
    up to $250



 

CITY OF FLAGSTAFF REBATES:

  • Efficient EnergyStar air source heat pump for space heating: up to $600

  • Attic insulation: up to $500

  • Air sealing: up to $200

  • Duct sealing: up to $300

  • Floor insulation: up to $300

Tax Credits 

Through the Inflation Reduction Act, significant tax credits are now available including:

  • 30% up to $1200 for insulation and air sealing

  • 30% up to $2000 for heat pumps
